“Open the Door” Campaign
The Client
PetScreening is a digital platform designed to help rental properties efficiently manage their pet policies and animal population.
The Ask
As a young and rapidly growing company, PetScreening aimed to maintain its momentum by targeting hundreds of property management companies across the country.
The Strategy
Kinetic collaborated with PetScreening to create three distinct direct mail campaigns, each varying in complexity and cost:
- Video Brochure: Featured the owner and founder of PetScreening discussing the company’s mission.
- Branded Tumbler: Provided a keepsake item that recipients could use and remember.
- 3D Doghouse Mailer: A unique and memorable way to convey the company’s story.
Titled the “Open the Door” campaign, each direct mail piece included a call to action to “Open the Door” to pet policy management with PetScreening. A QR code for learning more and scheduling a demo, as well as personal contact information, was placed on each piece.
The Result
The campaign generated significant positive buzz. Impressively, one of the first property management companies to implement PetScreening covered the entire cost of the campaign.
