Businesses have been utilizing elearning courses as a central way to train employees since the early 2000s, and they continue to use the evolving elearning technology to this day. Since Kinetic’s inception in 2005, the elearning industry has changed substantially, primarily due to technological advancements. Considering the pace at which technology is changing, it’s not surprising that corporate training and education has followed suit, finding ways to turn that new technology into beneficial tools for elearning. Over the last 14 years, Kinetic has invested in and embraced these changes. From the year 2000, when web-based training methods first came to prominence in the world of corporate learning, to all it’s evolved into in 2019, consider these important developments in elearning over the years.
